4/2/11 12:08 Deer Park was activated for a hazardous materials alarm at SAF-T-SWIM, 1015 Grand Blvd. Deer Park Command advised 7 victims who possibly inhaled chlorine gas. M/A was requested from East Farmingdale, West Islip, North Babylon, West Babylon, & Wyandanch - Wheatly Heights. A total of 7 victims were transported to Good Sam. The Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's Office also responded to the scene.

4/3/11 23:07 Wyandanch was alerted to a working fire at 43 S. 29Th. St off Brooklyn Ave. Firefighters stretched two lines for fire through out a spilt level vacant private dwelling. No mutual aid was requested.

4/5/11 19:54 East Farmingdale responded to a overturned auto at RT. 109 & RT. 110. 1-5-10 transported a trauma victim to N.U.M.C. two additional victims were transported with minor injuries. M/A was requested from South Farmingdale for a ambulance to the scene.

4/9/11 00:00 West Babylon was toned out for a general alarm, a car into the gas pumps with fire at RT. 109 & Golding Ave. Firefighters stretched multiple lines to extinguish a car that had collided into the gas pumps at a high rate of speed. One victim in the car was D.O.A.

4/9/11 13:20 East Farmingdale responded to 50 Verdi St for a working general alarm. One 2 1/2 inch line was stretched to extinguish a fire in the roof & duct work of a 1 story mixed occupancy commercial structure. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for R.I.T. but was turned around before arrival.

4/12/11 00:26 North Amityville firefighters responded to 63 Poplar Rd for a basement fire. 1-7-33 was injured when the basement stairs partially collapsed, he was removed and transported with non-life threatening injuries. Firefighters were with drawn from the dwelling and a exterior attack was used to control the fire. Several other firefighters were transported with minor injuries. M/A was requested from; East Farmingdale for a engine, North Lindenhurst for a tower ladder, Copiague for R.I.T. , Lindenhurst for a ambulance, West Babylon for a ambulance, & Amityville to stand by at North Amityville's Headquarters.

4/12/11 18:02 Lindenhurst firefighters stretched 3 lines to control a car fire in the driveway that extended to a house at 485 S. 6Th. St. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for Tower Ladder 1-11-4 and Copiague for R.I.T.

4/14/11 17:05 North Lindenhurst was alerted to a auto accident with rollover westbound Sunrise Hwy @ Wellwood Ave. 1-11-30 arrived on scene and requested a re-sound for the hurst tool for a entrapment. Firefighters removed the "B" post and passenger door to extricate the trapped driver. Two victims were transported with minor injuries to Good Sam.

4/16/11 05:38 1-10-33 reported a working fire to the rear of 23 S. 22ND St. Firefighters stretched for a fully involved shed to the rear of the location.

4/16/11 15:47 Wyandanch Fire & Ambulance responded to 82 Colonial Springs Rd in Wheatly Heights for a car into a house. 1-10-30 arrived, requested L.I.P.A. for a down power line and a 1-0-40 unit for a structural damage. Wyandanch-Wheatly Heights Ambulance transported one injury.

4/23/11 04:20 Amityville firefighters responded to a auto accident with entrapment on Merrick Rd. & South Bayview Ave. One victim was extricated with serious injuries, S.C.P.D. was requested for a medivac.

4/24/11 00:13 Copiague Firefighters went to work at 60 33RD. ST. for a fire in a 2 story vacant private dwelling. 3 lines were stretched to extinguish the fire, M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for R.I.T.

4/28/11 21:30 Wyandanch - Wheatly Heights Ambulance responded to a shooting victim. The victim was transported to Good Sam with a gun shot wound to the leg.

4/29/11 09:49 North Babylon responded to a overturned auto at Deer Park Ave & Southern State Pwky. 1-8-32 went on scene confirming a pin. 1-8-17 transported one victim to Good Sam.
