8/4/10 16:19 West Babylon E.M.S. transported a victim of a Police involved shooting at the Dunkin Donuts, 401 Little East Neck Rd. The victim a 27 y/o male was transported to Good Sam with a gun shot wound to the chest. Two police officers were also transported for trauma. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for a ambulance to the scene.

8/6/10 19:38 Babylon extricated a trapped subject from an auto accident at Trolley Line & Little East Neck Rd. M/A was requested from West Babylon & West Islip for ambulances to the scene. A total of 3 victims were transported to Good Sam.

8/7/10 04:37 Deer Park handled a overturned auto in front of 181 East Industry Ct. 1-4-5 transported one victim to Good Sam.

8/8/10 20:06 North Amityville responded to a victim of shooting at the Cloverdale Garden Apartments, 3547 Great Neck Rd. 1-7-7 transported a 50 y/o male with a gun shot wound to the left shoulder with no exit wound.

8/9/10 07:28 Lindenhurst was alerted to a auto accident with entrapment in front of Sunrise Mason on Sunrise Hwy. One victim was extricated and airlifted via S.C.P.D. Aviation to Stony Brook, a second trauma victim was transported by ground. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for one ambulance to the scene.

8/10/10 02:28 West Babylon was activated for a auto accident with entrapment @ South Railroad Ave. & Great East Neck Rd. 1-9-33 arrived on scene and requested 1-9-15 & the ambulance to step it up for one subject unconscious. Firefighters from Company #4 quickly extricated two trapped subjects, both with serious injuries. Both victims were transported via ground to Good Sam. M/A was requested from Lindenhurst for one ambulance to the scene.

8/13/10 02:58 East Farmingdale sounded a working general alarm @ 92 Mahan St. Firefighters extinguished a exterior rubbish fire. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for R.I.T. but was returned quickly.

8/13/10 09:48 Lindenhurst responded to a overturned auto with entrapment at S. 8Th. St. & Montauk Highway. It took 30 mins to extricate a trapped subject. Two victims were transported to Good Sam. M/A was requested from Copiague for a ambulance & heavy rescue to the scene.

8/20/10 13:10 North Babylon was alerted to a auto accident with entrapment @ Bay Shore Rd & Bluebell Ln. One victim was extricated, a total of two victims were transported. M/A was requested from Deer Park for a heavy rescue & ambulance.

8/22/10 08:20 East Farmingdale aggressively contained a working basement fire @ 26 Wall St. M/A was requested from the Village of Farmingdale for R.I.T.

8/22/10 15:18 North Amityville was toned out for a working fire @ 137 Madison Ave. Firefighters stretched multiple lines to extinguish a fire through out a 2 sty converted garage. One burn victim was transported to Saint Joe's with 2nd degree burns to the arms. M/A was requested from Amityville, East Farmingdale, Farmingdale, North Lindenhurst, Copiague to the scene.

8/24/10 17:57 North Lindenhurst responded to a overturned auto with entrapment at Sunrise Highway & 45Th. St. Firefighters extricated a trapped subject with in 20 mins. The victim was transported to Good Sam with minor injuries.

8/29/10 04:15 Lindenhurst responded to a heavily involved private dwelling fire at 675 North Erie Ave. M/A was requested North Lindenhurst, West Babylon, & Copiague to the scene.
