2/1/10 14:30 East Farmingdale responded to a large debris fire at Winter Brother's Recycling on Nancy Street. The first due engine used it's deck gun to control the large debris fire.
2/1/10 19:10 Lindenhurst was requested forthwith for a pedestrian struck in traumatic arrest at South 1ST. & W. Hoffman Ave. 1-6-7 transported a 40 y/o male to Good Sam in traumatic arrest.
2/2/10 12:15 Wyandanch Fire & Ambulance responded to a auto accident with pin at Lincoln Ave & Straight Path. 1-20-16 transported one victim to Good Sam.
2/6/10 11:00 Wyandanch quickly extinguished a fire in a 1 story private dwelling @ 815 Mount Ave.

2/6/10 14:45 1-7-31 requested the hurst tool forthwith to the scene of a car vs. tree at New Highway & 43rd. St. One victim was extricated and airlifted via S.C.P.D.to Stony Brook. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for A.L.S. to the scene & a engine for the landing zone.
2/6/10 21:51 Wyandanch Ambulance was requested forthwith by S.C.P.D. for two stabbing victims at Long Island Ave & Straight Path. 1-20-30 requested S.C.P.D. Aviation for one victim.
2/7/10 00:48 Lindenhurst was alerted to a working fire at 548 South Strongs Ave. Firefighters used 3 lines to extinguish a heavy fire condition through out a 2 sty private dwelling. M/A was requested from Copiague for R.I.T. which was put to work and a ambulance, West Babylon for a second R.I.T. and ambulance, and North Lindenhurst for a ambulance to the scene. 3 civilians were transported for smoke inhalation & 2 firefighters for minor injuries.
2/7/10 06:16 Copiague was toned out for a auto accident at Baylawn Ave & Montauk Highway. Firefighters used the hurst tool to remove the passenger door to extricate a trapped subject. One victim was transported to Good Sam with minor injuries.

2/7/10 17:57 North Amityville was requested by the Suffolk Police Department for a shooting victim on West Prospect St. 1-7-7 transported the victim to Good Sam.
2/11/10 00:55 Copiague responded to a pedestrian struck by a train at the Copiague Railroad Station. M/A was requested for A.L.S. from North Lindenhurst, 1-11-6 transported the victim to Good Sam.
2/13/10 17:09 Babylon handled a auto accident with entrapment in North Babylon's district at Deer Park Ave & Hinton Ave. Firefighters went to work extricating a female driver who's legs were trapped in the auto, the victim was extricated and airlifted to Stony Brook via S.C.P.D. Aviation. 3 other injuries were transported to Good Sam. M/A was requested from Deer Park for one ambulance to the scene, & West Babylon for two ambulances to the scene.

2/16/10 16:10 West Babylon was originally toned out for a signal 23 "picnic table fire" @ Van Bourgondien Park on Albin Ave. Upon arrival of 1-9-30 part of the concession stand building was on fire, and he requested a re-sound for a working fire. Firefighters stretched a 2 1/2 inch line to knock down the fire. M/A was requested from Lindenhurst for R.I.T.

2/18/10 22:26 West Babylon responded to a working fire @ South Bay Elementary School, 160 Great East Neck Rd. Firefighters tried to contain the fire with a aggressive interior attack but were removed from the building by command. Tower ladders went into operation to control the fire. M/A was requested from all Town of Babylon Departments to the scene for ladders, engines, ambulances, & manpower. M/A was requested from West Islip to the scene, Bay Shore - Brightwaters Ambulance to stand by, Brentwood Legion Ambulance, Central Islip - Hauppague Ambulance, Islip Exchange Ambulance, Melville F.D. , Dix Hills F.D. , Islip Terrace, Islip, Bay Shore F.D. , & Commack Ambulance.
2/21/10 11:39 Lindenhurst was alerted to a working house fire at 439 Albany Ave. Firefighters stretched 3 lines to extinguish a fire in a 2 sty private dwelling. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for R.I.T.
2/27/10 14:49 West Babylon Company 4 went to work removing the driver's side of a auto to extricate the driver at a auto accident, Roland Place & Belmont Ave. 1-9-9 transported one minor injury to Good Sam.
