6/30/06 15:15 Babylon Village responded to the Great South Bay at the end of Fire Island Ave for 2 boats that had collided. M/A was requested from West Islip for a Dive Team, Bay Shore, & Islip. M/A from North Babylon was also requested for an ambulance to the scene. North Babylon transported one victim to Good Sam, a second victim was DOA.
6/30/06 02:50 North Amityville was alerted to a auto accident on the Southern State Pwky east of Rt. 109. 1-7-7 requested a re-tone for the hurst tool to respond. One victim was transported to Good Sam.
6/29/06 16:05 North Babylon was alerted to a haz mat incident at The Teachers Federal Credit Union, 1134 Deer Park Ave. A Dye Pack with tear gas in it exploded in the bank causing several victims. M/A was requested from Deer Park, Babylon, West Babylon for ambulances to the scene. Wyandanch-Wheatly Heights was also requested to the scene with a ambulance & 1-20-24 (MCI Unit). The Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's Office responded with 1-0-48 (Haz Mat Unit) A total of 6 victims were transported to Good Sam with difficulty breathing & eye irritations.
6/26/06 14:40 Wyandanch was requested to the scene of a auto accident with entrapment. Suffolk PD requested a rush on the hurst tool and rescue. Wyandanch ambulance transported one victim to Good Sam.
6/26/06 01:05 North Amityville responded to a auto accident with overturn on the Southern State Pwky @ Rt. 110. SCPD Aviation was requested for a medivac to the scene. South Farmingdale was also requested to the scene for an ambulance. S.C.P.D. Aviation transported to N.U.M.C. A total of 4 victims were transported.
6/11/06 08:30 East Farmingdale hosted the first Town of Babylon Haz Mat Drill. The scenario involved a leaking chlorine gas cylinder and 5 unconscious victims @ Airweld, 94 Marine Street.. A Town of Babylon Stage 1 Disaster was declared. Amityville, Babylon, Deer Park, North Babylon, North Amityville, & Wyandanch -Wheatly Heights Ambulance responded to the scene with ambulances & haz mat personal.

6/3/06 07:25 While on scene for a rescue call in the Brookview Commons, Deer Park Chief 1-4-31 advised off a working fire @ 1105 Commons Way with in the complex. Firefighters extinguished a fire on the second floor of a 2 1/2 sty townhouse. M/A was requested from North Babylon & Dix Hills for RIT. One firefighter was transported with a minor injury to Good Sam.
