7/9/10 17:15 Amityville requested S.C.P.D. Aviation for a pedestrian struck on RT. 110 north of Merrick Rd. A victim with multi trauma was airlifted to Stony Brook.

7/9/10 02:56 North Amityville was toned out for a auto accident with entrapment east bound on the Southern State Pwky near RT. 110 M/A was requested from Amityville for a ambulance & rescue truck.

7/5/10 19:45 Babylon again responded back to the Ocean Pwky near Gilgo for a overturned auto with ejection. M/A was requested from North Babylon, West Islip, & Wyandanch - Wheatly Heights for A.L.S. ambulances to the scene. One victim who was ejected from the auto was air lifted to Stony Brook via S.C.P.D. Aviation.

7/5/10 13:16 Babylon responded to a large brush fire on the Ocean Pwky in the area of Cedar Beach. M/A was requested from Wantagh, West Islip, & North Babylon for engines to the scene.

7/3/10 21:35 North Babylon's ambulance 1-8-7 was involved in a accident involving a motorcycle while responding to a alarm at Sylvan Rd & the entrance to the Belmont Lake State Park. The motorcyclist was transported via ground in serious condition to Good Sam with A.L.S. on board.

7/2/10 01:25 Wyandanch Fire & Ambulance responded for a auto accident with entrapment at N. 15Th. St & Main Ave. Units arrived on scene to find a car vs. tree with the lone occupant D.O.A.

7/1/10 19:35 East Farmingdale was toned out for a auto accident with entrapment at Little East Neck Rd. & Patton Ave. Firefighters arrived on scene to find a serious collision between two autos with negative entrapment. East Farmingdale transported two victims to N.U.M.C. and requested the trauma room for one.

6/30/10 17:05 North Amityville was toned out for a working fire @ 133 43RD. St. Firefighters stretched two lines to control a fire on the second floor of a 2 1/2 sty private dwelling. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for R.I.T. & Copiague for a ladder truck to the scene.

6/30/10 16:45 Republic Airport Crash Fire Rescue handled a plane that had skidded across the runaway striking two other planes. 1-22-34 advised the occupants self extricated and were not injured.

6/30/10 00:39 North Amityville responded to a shooting at 90 E. Smith St. M/A was requested from Amityville for a ambulance to the scene. Two victims were transported with gun shot wounds to the leg.

6/28/10 17:44 West Babylon E.M.S. was requested to the scene of a drive by shooting at 4Th. St. & Straight Path. 1-9-17 transported a 14 y/o male with a gun shot wound to the arm to Good Sam.

6/27/10 13:50 North Amityville responded to a auto accident with entrapment @ Rt. 110 & Brefeni St. M/A was requested from East Farmingdale for Rescue Truck 1-5-4 to the scene & North Lindenhurst for a ambulance to the scene. North Amityville & North Lindenhurst both transported victims to the hospital.

6/27/10 00:54 Copiague firefighters arrived @ 51 Malta St. to find a exterior fire that had spread to the attic of a 1 1/2 sty private dwelling. Firefighters stretched two lines to control the fire. No mutual aid was requested.

6/25/10 23:41 Babylon responded to a major natural gas leak at Little East Neck Rd. & Trolley Line Rd. Firefighters stretched precautionary lines and evacuated several near by homes. Units remained on scene till 03:30 awaiting the gas line to be shut down.

6/25/10 22:50 Deer Park was toned out for a deck collapse at 61 Wilson Ave. The Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's Office was requested to the scene, 1-4-4 transported one injury to Good Sam.

6/25/10 12:29 North Lindenhurst was alerted for a auto accident with entrapment @ Wellwood Ave & Farmers Ave. 1-11-30 requested mutual aid from West Babylon for a ambulance to the scene & Lindenhurst for a rescue truck to the scene. Two victims were extricated with in 15 minutes, they were transported to Good Sam, and 1 R.M.A. was secured.

6/25/10 02:13 West Babylon was toned out for a car into the water, 295 Bergen Ave. Firefighters arrived to find a car that had overturned into the canal, the victims self extricated. Two victims were transported to Good Sam with minor injuries.
