5/1/11 01:10 North Lindenhurst battled a working fire at 548 North Wellwood Ave. Firefighters stretched multiple lines for a fire in a 2 sty private dwelling. M/A was requested from West Babylon, Babylon, & Copiague to the scene.

5/2/11 21:20 North Amityville was alerted to a victim of a shooting, the victim was located in front of Big Lots on Sunrise Hwy. N.A.F.Co transported a male with a gun shot wound to the shoulder to Good Sam.

5/3/11 12:50 North Babylon was alerted for a man trapped under an auto at 187 Montgomery Ave. The victim was working on his auto in his driveway when it fell on top of him, the victim was D.O.A.

5/4/11 09:09 Lindenhurst was requested forthwith to the scene of a motorcycle accident at Montauk Highway & Chestnut St. The victim was transported to Good Sam in serious condition.

5/4/11 15:36 North Lindenhurst responded to a pedestrian struck on Sunrise Hwy & 43RD St. E.M.S. transported a victim who was struck by a truck and in serious condition to Good Sam.

5/4/11 20:58 North Lindenhurst again responded to a pedestrian struck on Sunrise Hwy & Straight Path. The victim was D.O.A.

5/7/11 20:58 Wyandanch Wheatly Heights responded to Andrews Ave & Merritt Ave for a stabbing victim, S.C.P.D. requested the ambulance forthwith to the scene.

5/15/11 06:03 North Babylon were alerted to a auto accident with entrapment on the Southern State Pwky at Belmont Ave. Squad 1-8-8 and 1-8-15 put their tools to work to remove a trapped occupant who was transported to Good Sam.

5/20/11 21:08 West Babylon responded to a pedestrian struck at Straight Path & 10Th St. The victim was transported in traumatic arrest to Good Sam. M/A was requested from North Babylon for A.L.S.

5/21/11 23:10 North Amityville quickly extinguished a fire in the trailer park at 600 Rt. 110. 2 lines were stretched to contain the fire. M/A was requested from Amityville for a F.A.S.T. team, engine, & ambulance to the scene.

5/22/11 21:18 West Babylon responded to a auto accident with entrapment at Straight Path & Gordon Ave. Firefighters from Rendezvous Company # 4 removed the passenger side of an auto to extricate a trapped subject. 2 victims were transported to Good Sam with non life threatening injuries.

5/22/11 21:25 North Lindenhurst was toned out for a infant who was covered in diesel fuel. Upon 1-11-31's arrival he requested his department also be toned out for a fuel spill. The infant was transported to Good Sam. 1-11-30 requested the Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's Office to respond along with the D.E.C.

5/24/11 15:50 Amityville responded to a working taxpayer fire at 192 Broadway. Firefighters stretched multiple lines for a fire in the basement that extended into the first floor & cockloft. M/A was requested from; Massapequa, Copiague, North Lindenhurst, Babylon, North Amityville, East Farmingdale, Lindenhurst, South Farmingdale, & West Babylon. A signal 4 was given an hour and a half into the operation.

5/26/11 15:59 East Farmingdale was alerted to a car into a building at 2390 RT.110. A 30 y/o female with a head injury was transported to N.U.M.C. where the trauma team was requested.
