10/3/10 16:03 Babylon responded to a motorcycle vs. auto at Cedar Beach off the Ocean Pwky. 1-2-30 requested aviation to the scene but then cancelled it. 1-2-10 transported a 40 y/o female with a fractured femur, multiple fractures, & multiple lacerations. 1-2-10 transported the victim to Good Sam and requested the trauma room.
10/3/10 19:57 Copiague was sounded out for a male burn victim to the rear of 1729 Great Neck Rd. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested by 1-3-52 for a male with 30-40% 3RD Degree burns to his body. The victim was airlifted to Stony Brook via S.C.P.D. Aviation.
10/4/10 12:00 North Amityville was alerted to a working house fire at 42 Nathalie Ave. Firefighters quickly extinguished a fire on the second floor. M/A was requested from East Farmingdale, Amityville, & North Lindenhurst.
10/6/10 11:36 West Babylon was toned out for a overturned vehicle with entrapment at Sunrise Hwy & Golding Ave. Firefighters extricated a trapped subject in a overturned pick up truck. 1-9-7 transported one victim to Good Sam.

10/7/10 02:40 1-9-31 requested a re-sound for a working fire @ 63 Mathews Ave. A small fire in a 2 story private dwelling was quickly extinguished. M/A was requested from East Farmingdale for R.I.T. which was quickly released.
10/8/10 13:45 1-9-30 requested 1-9-15 for their hurst tool at the scene of auto accident at Great East Neck Rd and Montauk Hwy. 1-9-17 transported one victim to Good Sam.
10/8/10 16:49 Copiague was sounded out for a auto accident with entrapment at Great Neck Rd & Railroad Ave. Firefighters used the hurst tool to remove a door to free the trapped driver. 2 victims were transported to Good Sam with minor injuries. M/A was requested from North Amityville for one ambulance to the scene.

10/9/10 07:55 East Farmingdale was alerted to a auto accident involving a tractor trailer on Wellwood Ave just north of Edison Ave. Firefighters arrived to find a car vs. tractor trailer with one injury and a fuel leak. The Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's Office was requested to the scene with the haz mat truck for a saddle tank that was leaking.

10/13/10 18:11 Wyandanch - Wheatly Heights ambulance was requested forthwith to the scene of a pedestrian struck at Valley Force Dr. & Conklin Ave. 1-20-30 requested the trauma room at Good Sam for 12 y/o male with a head injury and fractures.
10/14/10 11:25 East Farmingdale E.M.S. was requested forthwith by the Suffolk County Police for a pedestrian struck at Rt. 110 & Melville Rd. The victim suffered serious injuries and was transported by ground.
10/17/10 09:05 East Farmingdale was alerted to a plane crash on East Carmens Rd. Safety 1 arrived on scene confirming a small plane down with 4 injuries. One cardiac arrest victim was transported to Saint Joe's, a second serious injury victim was transported to Good Sam, and two non-life threatening injuries were transported to N.U.M.C. M/A was requested from Farmingdale for a ambulance the scene.

Firefighters worked for 50 minutes to extricate the trapped bus driver who was then airlifted to Stony Brook via S.C.P.D. Aviation. M/A was requested from Copiague for a ambulance & heavy rescue truck to the scene.
10/30/10 16:02 North Amityville responded to a auto accident with multiple injuries in front of 3326 Great Neck Rd. Aviation was requested for one victim but later cancelled.
